Holding and Cancellations
-We require a $400 service minimum
-A 50% deposit is required to reserve the desired dates and times. The remaining total will be paid the day before the event
-Any cancellations must be made no later than 7 days prior to the service, or you surrender your deposit.
-If scheduling a Bridal Party or Corporate Party, we ask that you reserve your services at least 2 weeks prior to your desired date.
-If scheduling as an individual, we ask that you reserve your services at least 1 week prior to your desired date.
-Credit cards, checks and cash are accepted. A credit card is required to reserve.
Travel, Parking & Gratuity
-Parking is not included in our pricing.
--20% Gratuity is automatically added to your total
-Traveling within 20 miles is included. Travel fees will be applied when traveling over 20 miles at a rate of $1 per mile.
-As a client, it is your responsibility to provide a safe and professional work environment for our technicians
-Please have the proper space cleared and ready prior to the arrival of your service provider(s)
-If you have any medical condition, please let us know prior to your services. We recommend speaking with your doctor before receiving spa services.
